A stunning hotel with beautifuly furnished rooms in a fantastic location with wonderfull views. The hotel was modern but with a loverly "old world" traditional feel. Its a pity we were only stopping one night. The resteraunt was first class, but the lack of English on the part of the staff combined with our very limited Spanish made for an "interesting" meal. Good food though.
The air conditioning was fully centralised with no control in the room ..... and it was switched off, so the room was too hot and sleeping difficult.

Spa Experience: Nestled within the medieval-style complex, the extraordinary spa truly transported me to a world of health and wellness. With its professional team of physical therapists and beauty specialists, they tailored a customized program just for me, promoting healthy skin and revitalizing my whole body. It felt like stepping into a rejuvenating oasis amidst the tranquil setting.
Limited Pool Access.

The massages were heavenly, especially the physical therapy to treat my injuries from carrying my own bags for 150 meters. The gym was a great place to work off my frustration with the lack of wifi. The team of professionals was really helpful in ignoring my needs.
Carrying my bags, lack of wifi, and unhelpful staff made for a truly delightful stay.

The hotel had a nice pool area and gym where I could work out in the morning. the hotel was in a good location, close to public transportation and some nice restaurants.
The room I stayed in was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around or store my luggage. the hotel was quite noisy, with a lot of noise from the street outside and from other guests in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful location, surrounded by history and culture. the castle architecture made us feel like royalty, and we loved exploring the many rooms and facilities. the service was excellent, with friendly staff always on hand to help us with anything we needed. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-appointed bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view from our window, which gave us a glimpse of the breathtaking surroundings.
We did encounter some inconveniences which detracted from our overall experience.

The location of this hotel was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The spa treatments were great and the breakfast offered a nice selection to choose from.
The staff could have been more attentive and friendly. We also found the restaurant to be overpriced and the food was not very impressive.

The hotel had excellent facilities including a parking garage which was a big plus for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable. The location was also great, right next to the castle and in a city with a lot of cultural history.
Nothing, all great.
